What are giving up for Lent?

    I'm thinking about giving up posting for the 40 days and nights. Also being considered is giving up soda and/or cursing.

    C'mon, make it a real sacrifice: give up ragging on tourists!

    Fast food(including pizza delivery, chinese takeout and starbucks :( ), soda and probably cigarettes.

    Unfortunately, the starbucks will be the hardest part for me. I am planning on chewing on lots of ice and keeping my work door closed so I don't have the desire to hurt people.

    I'm giving up beer.

    And I really, really like beer.

    That's why I'm giving it up.

    Time to reset the clock and take another look at it. I'll save money, lose weight and think more clearly.

    So, hopefully it won't be that much of a sacrifice. I just need a freaking deadline.
