Westboro Baptist Church will picket Ledger's funeral

Somehow, these shit eaters got the number to the fax machine in our newsroom. About once a month they send in something along the lines of "Thank God for IEDs. More American soliders were sent to hell this month in Iraq."

Seeing as how about 80 percent of our staff are veterans, it never goes over real well.

 

No one wants this group to disappear more than the evangelicals nationwide who claim ownership to the right to hatemonger and scapegoat gays. This group is a media disaster for all intolerant religions and thereby serves the 'greater good'.

No, and trust me, we've all thought the exact same thing.
I guess there is some way to back track it through the fax machine, but that's more effort than this scum is worth.

 

The funeral is going to be in Australia.

No way the Phelps clan is going to show up.

There has to be something sinful to them to go down under.

Plus, it would cost them a dollar or two.
