    Depends on where the funeral is. If it's in NYC, they won't show up. They'd get their asses kicked.

    Isn't there a motorcycle gang that has started going around keeping these idiots away from funerals of soldiers? Maybe they'll go to Ledger's.

    And wouldn't his funeral be in Australia?

    Could be a tough commute for that group.

    No, this won't turn into a trainwreck media spectacle.

    How do they know his funeral is in the U.S.? Are they are going to hop on a plane for Australia. And if the plane goes down, who's going to picket their funeral.

    Because evidently, these people think everyone dies because of gays.

    They are doing this for publicity. They'll get a nice wire story out of it now, and eventually they'll quietly say they're backing out (if they announce that at all).
