    I typically drink Ketel One and I at least think I can discern it from low-end vodkas based on smoothness (and of course I like how it sounds when I order it) but YF's point is well taken and I'm certain that choosing a premium vodka for a mixed drink is throwing your money away. Also, hangovers aren't that big an issue with vodka, anyway, unless you're mixing it with something sweet.

    Mythbusters pretty much confirms what you're saying, DSD.
    (The audio is crap, and there are subtitles in some kind of language, but Kari gets cheery drunk, so there's that).
