Well you knew this was going to happen

    The New York Times does this big Sunday sports piece about how Americans are weak in golf now http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/08/sports/golf/08golf.html?_r=1&partner=rss&emc=rss and a US golfer wins a big event at Firestone the same day.
    The piece was well done and the theme was certainly valid, but the jinx was fulfilled.
    Anyone else have or know of a similar situation?
