    Please tell me you are not trying to compare the two.
    Mussina has never been close to an MVP, pedestrian postseason numbers. And 0-3 in being the best pitcher in his league in a given year.

    Now wonder all those pitchers are in the HOF. HOME PLATE IS 3 FEET WIDE AND THE FUCKING CATCHER'S STANDING ON IT.

    He's in, or at least should be. Though shouldn't we save this for a day that doesn't have so much going on?

    I say he deserves to be in the HOF, and this argument has been rehashed so many times. He does now have "never won 20 games" checked off the list.

    Compared to Blyleven, everyone's favorite pitcher NOT in HOF, Mussina's got more wins and 100 fewer losses.
