    Ms Flash,

We had a paper eater among the first-year j students in my class back in the day. Sat in the back of the class taking (and eating) his notes. No lie. Alumni newsletter, five years after graduation, announces that he's landed a g.a. job at the Edmonton Journal or Sun or somesuch after working for those five years at a northern Alberta weekly. (That would be a long time between meals.)

    YHS, etc

He must have really loved his job.
