    I ate crickets in Thailand and it was a little weird, but not awful. I also ate some sort of meat on a stick that may or may not have been dog. They called it beef, but I'm not really convinced.

    The bone marrow burger I ate in New York City was one of the best foods I've ever eaten.

    "Rooster fries," the fried part of a rooster that makes it a rooster instead of a hen. Yummy.

    In Korea, when I was there for the 1988 Olympics, we bought some (roasted?) crickets. Crunchy.

    Also while there, learned the hard way that fast-food fish sandwiches in Asian countries are far, far "fishier" than those at home.

    Pigeon breast fried up in butter less than two hours after it was bagged. Actually quite good.

    It's also known as Squab-kabob.
