    And sure the Coliseum is old and outdated - but the real story is how overly posh the new stadiums are, which allow teams to suck more money out of communities, when stadiums used to be sold as a way to energize the local economy and surrounding businesses.

    There is one team every postseason who bitches to the high heavens about the refs. Every damn year. Last year it was the saints, who pissed the game away before the refs choked. It’s pathetic and predictable. We will see the same with mlb postseason. It’s tiresome.

    You know, they say a smell can trigger a very clear memory. To me, it's the mere mention of those two, which immediately summons up the memory of fall leaves, cloudy, grey skies, sweater-weather in Middle Tennessee, with the Rams vs. the Cowboys on the RCA, while mother's pot-roast simmered in the oven and my daddy snored in his black leather chair.

    And 95% of the time Id agree with you butthe Saints fans had every right to be upset. They changed a rule because of the ineptitude of the officials.
