I think that speaks to why he was cut. This isn't just one incident. It sounds like some of his teammates were already getting fed up with Blount even before last night. I still think getting him away from Bell might be addition by subtraction as well.

I was surfing YouTube and came across this rather fascinating piece of video.
Fair catch kick following a short kickoff, a seldom-invoked rule wrinkle.
Last fair catch kick that was successful was Ray Wersching in 1976.

Yeah, but I still smile every time I picture Blount dropping that smirking douche.

4 feet of snow fell on the stadium in Buffalo a few days ago and another 2-3 feet might come down today. Nice of the Bills to offer $10 an hour for volunteers to come and help dig out.

Nice gesture, but an NFL team can go a little higher than $10 an hour for what is very physical work.
And frankly, in those temperatures, labor that can induce a cardiac event.
The NFL and its teams are so damned tone-deaf.

    Patriots signed LeGarrette Blount.

Talk about the Sports Illustrated jinx. Jonas Gray makes cover, and right away the Pats hire a possible replacement.

That could be a huge signing for the Pats.

For the last game of the regular season and the playoff fame with the Colts last year, Blount was Jim Brown. Against Denver, he wasn't.

I'm shocked someone like Bellicheck hasn't tried that lately.

That was awesome. And Charlie Jones was all over it.

Charlie Jones was a fantastic pbp guy.

I thought the offer also included two free tickets.
