   Or, it could have been that Bush didn't want to get into a debate during a quick handshake in a receiving line, and was only asking, out of courtesy, how someone's kid was doing.

   Webb skipped the receiving line and Bush sought him out. Maybe Webb should have skipped event so it did not appear as grandstanding.
