    Egotastic (NSFW)
The pro sports site de jour ... a lot of MiLB.com right now.

    At least once a week:

    Apple.com/trailers
The Web sites of papers where I used to work (Hi, Julio!)

Sites that come up on the tabs when I launch my Firefox browser:
Gmail, iGoogle (on which I peek at headlines from numerous sites with RSS feeds, including lots of sports BLOGS! and a few newspapers, including the Sun-Times), AP Exchange, Yahoo! fantasy-sports front, sports front for the major paper in my home state, Chicago Tribune sports, SportsJournalists.com S&N board and Facebook.

Sites I check several times a day:
Romenesko, Drudge Report, ESPN.com and my paper's site.

Sites I usually check once a day:
Sportsdesigner.com, LinkedIn.com, the site of my paper's prime competition, Scout.com's message board of my favorite NHL team.

I don't need to call up weather.com, because the conditions and the forecast are on my browser.
