    Job Requirements Five years experience in Web site management – overseeing both content and function. Four year degree in related field of web Development, journalism, women’s studies or equivalent. Ability to write persuasively and concisely, edit the work of others. Must possess understanding of optimizing web user experience as it relates to images, words, site navigation and Internet trends. Outstanding knowledge of women’s sports issues. Team orientation. Solid understanding of various databases, content management systems and traffic building strategies. Excellent communications skills, attention to detail and a high level of organizational ability. Must be able to juggle several tasks at one time, to work independently or cooperatively under tight deadlines.
