I think she kinda peaked on Square Pegs -- or at least the movie she made with Helen Hunt. But that's just me.
I've just never found her the gorgeous woman that others have. No appeal, sorry.

If you are only taking a list of celebrities that are used as sex symbols, then SJP just doesn't fit that mold. I don't find her all that sexy.
