    Since 2001 8 of the 9 winners have been either a golfer or tennis player for the women's award.

    But no men's tennis player has won it since 1981. No Borg. No Connors. No Sampras. No Federer. And Woods is the only golfer since 1971 (Trevino). Nicklaus never won it. Or Palmer.

    Those two horses are the most accomplished female horses probably ever.
