    I'm so confused by that story. Why would September 11, 2001 have affected e-mails that happened after 2001? It sounds like Morgan Stanley just didnt turn over what they had. How could they have credibly used 9/11 as an excuse for not having an e-mail that came in say, 2003 or 2004?
