    The DJ has to stop prosecuting the kids who leave their trash out on the sidewalk on the wrong days. Then they can get around to the really important stuff, like assaults and bouncers killing patrons outside bars.

    The victim and his friend later looked at a 2007 Penn State football program and identified Baker and Bowman, as well as two other football players, as the attackers. No charges have been filed against the other players mentioned in the criminal complaint.

    Nice to see that lessons were learned from Nifong's mistakes.
    Sheesh.
