    I've always wondered about the psychology of hoaxing a celebrity death. Yes - since it is a celebrity, you figure it would be easily and quickly debunked minimizing the "harm." But is it supposed to be funny? What is the motivation? It is the kind of behavior that really makes me wonder about someone's mental health.

    First of all it's irresponsible to start an RIP thread without any kind of verification
    and then if information turns out to be false thread title should be changed.

    And if it was true correct title for thread in this case should have been
    "Goodbye Newman"
