    I, too, immediately thought of road head. But then I realized the thread title couldn't make sense for road head. Sucking and driving would mean the driver's face in the passenger person's lap. Which means all sorts of logistical problems. But "Watch out! She's sucking while I'm driving!" could be glorious and much less dangerous. Just sayin'.
