    The Endangered White Man?

Honestly, it would probably be worse than this if Hillary won.

The fact that he didn't hit any copters is another part of the difficulty of his achievement.

You know Glenn Beck may not be a bad choice. He started the 9-12 Project, which then got the Tea Party movement rolling nationwide, which spilled over into the health care debate, which just may force the POTUS to drop his push for a public health option as stated on another thread. Beck would also be a slap in the face to him for being selected by a magazine many consider ultra-liberal. It would also give his haters the opportunity to joke the Hitler was chosen for the Time Man of the Year for a third time.

your right. My bad. But I'm sure some on the right think that way somewhere. But great catch on that.
so that slap in the face is out, but Hitler still lives.
other than that am I totally offbase with the Beck choice idea?

Some other posters on here and well the Democratic leadership may disagree with you. The guy is roasted daily as the man behind "the mobs". So am I the one who is putting too much stock in his influence or are they?

If it was him, the left would be infuriated because while I don't think he has that level of influence, he would if he made the cover of Time. Of course, there's precedent for the left making a star out of a conservative commentator.

For better or worse Beck is the face of the opposition. The birthers, the deathers, the Tea Parties, the Socialists, etc. etc.

I realize Beck isn't a birther - but the basic idea of using ridiculous rhetoric to argue against someone is the same.
