    But it is worthy of a journalistic discussion.






    Marion Barry was in trouble again, facing a stalking charge until it was suddenly dropped by the prosecution. But this has led to the discovery of some shenanigans, mainly that he had an on-again, off-again fling with a woman who also managed to snag a contract with the city.

    The Washington City Paper gets a hold of a recorded conversation between the two and wastes no time putting the money quote where it matters.
