    Which makes it all the more of a target for thieves and such.

    You'd think that even if almost all the crimes weren't prosecuted, that the D.A. would still prosecute a few of them, just to make a show of it and keep people somewhat honest.

    The D.A. basically announcing open season for criminals is stupid, even if it is a power play.
