She's a good example of what Hollywood hairdressers and makeup artists can do. They played up her strengths, including her natural tomboy tendencies.

The first time I watched the show, I stopped after season 2 because I had heard bad things about season 3. This time, I decided to continue through so that I'm ready to go for the movie. I'm three episodes in, and enjoying it so far. It's still solid. I also love that anytime I recognize someone, and I'm not sure where they're from at first, it's likely they played a small part on Party Down as well.

    Another successfully crowd sourced movie:

‘Gosnell’ meets $2.1 million IndieGogo funding goal

The biggest ever crowd-funding campaign has officially reached its lofty $2.1 million goal with four days to go, and it looks like we’re getting that promised TV movie about Kermit Gosnell from filmmakers Phelim McAleer, Ann McElhinney, and Magdalena Segieda.

Just last month, the Gosnell campaign posted celebrity endorsements from the likes of Kevin Sorbo and Nick Searcy, starting what ultimately would be a steady flow of donations to get the project funded. In his endorsement, Sorbo calls Gosnell “America’s most prolific serial killer” guilty of “the crime of the century.”
