Maybe we should change "abortion"to "fetus hunting."

When I see "fetus", I always think of Gunsmoke and Festus.

There is a pizza shop I have been in about a handful of times in the last two years. I haven't been in a while, certainly not not since the Dentist killed Cecil. While waiting for my order, I was always intrigued by a bunch of photos of the shop owner on fishing and hunting trips. Most of the photos were with exotic game animals he had shot and to me it looked like some of the photos were from African safaris. Yesterday I was walking by the place and noticed that all the photos on the wall were taken down.

Right, because deer never cross roads if there are vehicles nearby.

I wish the author had done the math to show how many people and vehicles it would take to securely corral deer on a piece of property that large.

Deer are creatures of habit. Block a common crossing spot, the deer might cross the road at another spot. But it has ruined the day of the hunter who is set up to intercept them on the trail at the original crossing. It's not so much to keep the deer on his property, but to interrupt their routines and make it less likely for public-land hunters to be successful.

But if he was serious, he'd just high-fence his property.

Was that written by a staffer? Reads like a letter to the editor.

If it's legal it must be OK. Nothing bad has ever been done legally.

The art somehow got left out of that piece:

Yeah. I guess this is just a big "who cares" to me. Everyone has to be outraged about something.

He should use the money he won't have to spend on defense lawyers just to build that fence.
