Yep, that's what I said in the thread about the schools superintendent who got canned after a whole volley of sexually charged emails from her school account were leaked. If you are THAT F4CKING STUPID to send sexually charged (or even "flirtatious") out of your government work account, you are so stupid that it causes question of whether you are even qualified, nevertheless capable, of performing the position.
