Not really but the receipt the clerk gave me for my shaving cream purchase is long enough to fit it.

Did it end with Molly Bloom masturbating?

I bought a single pack of four videotapes from Target - yes, I still tape. The receipt was probably a foot-and-a-half long. Is the extra-long receipt a fairly new trend?

Why Ulysses? Why not the Bible? Are they drug-peddling anti-Christians?

They have all this crap on there that if you take a survey you get a free popcorn or some such. Or they just want to take up more room in your wallet.

I got new cellphones from Verizon two months ago and the receipts had to have been six feet long with all the rebate forms, plan details, etc. Obnoxious.

It starts with that douchebag Buck Mulligan shaving and prattling on?

What's funny is all these same retailers promote their green initiatives. Their receipts are a real contradiction.

I seriously think there should be legislation addressing the massive waste of paper caused by unwanted receipts.

I can't imagine how many tons of paper Starbucks wastes on receipts. No one needs a receipt for a cup of coffee.

Walgreens is ridiculous. At least ASK if someone wants the freaking coupons for cat food and diapers.

I have a separate issue with clerks who give you change in the dollars-coins-receipt sequence, but I will save that for another thread.

I wonder if Starbucks buys "Fair Trade" receipt paper?

You should have gone into aisle three and slapped a crying two-year old.

    Oh, wait, you said WalGREENS.

  12. I've never been able to make it all the way through a Walgreen's receipt. Every year around March I give it another shot only to end up putting it down because I don't have the time.

A Portrait of the Pharmacy as a Young Store I was able to finish.
