Wait a minute: Joe Torre is snuggling again with ESPN?!

I thought he hated ESPN so much that he refused to talk to the network's reporters.

Yet here he is, right now in my TV, talking to Tim Kurk...............................jian.

I guess he's still on the campaign trail, trying to deliver another knockout blow to George and Hank and Hal.

    Hater.

After the Dodgers are out of the playoff race in Late August, he'll need something to do.....

How does Baseball Tonight with Ravech, Kruk, Torre and Gammons sound?

I thought it was FOX that Torre was so pissed at, not ESPN?

It could be both, I guess

Except it'll be next August, not this August.

Torre will tank in LA. I'd bet a fortune on it.

I think Joe was pissed at ESPN because they kept showing the Clemens / Piazza beaning / Broken bat incidences over and over .

Now the he realizes that Clemens was in a drug induced rage perhaps he is backing down.

Joe maybe sees the need to shore up his Hall of Fame resume

Being the manager of a team that won four World Series titles, 10 division titles, two Wild Card berths and made the playoffs 12 years running isn't enough for Torre to make the Hall. Yeah, you're right. It's a resume that needs shoring up.
