    I love it.

Allen -- who served his country in the Navy -- is accused of "tucking and running" for speaking against a war that hasn't happened yet.

At long last, Yawn, have you no shame, sir?

Well, a lot of military people come back and have no respect for their commander in chief. Nor does it mean they're carrying the unquestioned mantle of truth.

We have the means to "win the war" in Iraq. We have not the belly for it.

Wouldn't have been LESS of a problem (or a problem easier to deal with) if the US had just stayed out of Iraq in the first place and concentrated on finding Bin Laden?

Look, I am going to bounce as I have to get on some work.

Not saying that this is all Libs vs Conservative (although this issue does break a lot that way) or that I want another war.

I am saying that Iran is a MAJOR problem that threatens Israel GRAVELY (and was behind their war with Hezbollah recently) and is not going away even if we leave Iraq & Afghanistan right now.

Thus, this difficult issue must be confronted somehow.

On its present course - this will unfold a lot more this year. You will see what I mean

The liberals will come up with some answer for Iran.

How about sanctions - such as refusing to ship NBA team wear to Iran?

    That'll show em.

Football Bat had the idea first. I'm just supporting it. But I'll give credit to where credit is due.

Meanwhile, on to the NBA jersey factories.

Wait. Those are made in India.

    That won't work.

And I wonder why that is?

You could have been in the Army, Yawn.

You dig holes with the best of them.

Dick Cheney -- Prince of Persia. Does have a nice ring to it. I can see why he's itching to get busy in Iraq.

He couldn't join. He was too busy fighting the fight from his computer, one forwarded e-mail at a time.
