She has a sense of humor. I've seen her at Kentucky games, she doesn't get overly made up, she never traveled with an entourage, she's a true fan, and I love her for it.

I have more of a problem with announcers ragging on her for being old than I do anything Vitale did.

She probably laughed it off publicly because it was in her interests to let the story die. I'm guessing she has someone run interference next time the bozo is within 30 feet.

I can't stand when people write columns where they imply they know better than the person who should have actually been offended. The paragraph "maybe she felt... maybe she actually thought..." is goddamn ridiculous.

    Who's outraged?

The nut kick is the most effective and likely outcome when old perverts give women unsolicited tongue baths.

    This, I agree with.

If it's worth writing a hot take over, it's worth reaching out to Judd for substantive comment first.

That column was so very 1970s.

    Leave Dickie Viagra alone!

Has "super fan" ever been to a UK football game?

    Is that disqualifying?

Maybe she likes basketball better than football.

Has she been to a women's field hockey game?

And have Verne Lundquist try to plant one on her? Yeah right.

It makes her just like any other Kentucky fan.

As for the thread headline, yes it is. A laughing matter, I mean.
