    The Redskins say VP for Football Operations Vinny Cerrato has resigned this morning.

    I guess he finally beat Dan Snyder in raquetball.

    Not too many tears will be shed inside the Beltway over this one, I guess.

    Does this make way for Cowher Power or another big name?

    Ok. Back from my happy dance.

    I love that this happened, but it's kinda confusing. Especially the timing. I mean, are the Skins doing this because they want Holmgren before Cleveland snags him?

    Does this mean Zorn's next? Soon?

    Lots of smiles today. But also lots of questions.

    Skins have hired Bruce Allen to take over for Cerrato. Does that mean Gruden is next?

    Sweet. I was hoping all along for Holmgren-Gruden combo, but Allen-Gruden will work. Gruden's gotta have an out in his new MNF deal, right? Has he even signed it?
