Vikings fire Childress AKA Rosie rejoices

Rejoice? Rejoice doesn't even begin to cover it! I've been waiting for this day for four and a half seasons.

I was so disgusted listening to the ESPN crew tonight. They don't know why Childress needed to be fired? How about clueless, unimaginative control freak who had no clue about coaching in the NFL? That the Vikings made it to the NFC Championship game last year in spite of Childress, not because of him. I could go on ...

Now, if He Who Shall Not Be Named would slink back to a Mississippi swamp, and stay there, I would be thrilled to have "my" Vikings back.

Rejoice? I've been singing all day.

 

And you will be even happier, Rosie, when this debacle of a season ends and the diva quarterback goes home to Mississippi never again to return.

I just wonder who the Vikings will get to play QB next year. T Jack isn't the guy, Philly won't deal Kolb to the Vikings and McNabb may not want to come to Minnesota either.

The Vikings won't get Aaron Rodgers for another four years so they have to find a way to bridge the gap until they get Rodgers and have reloaded and can make another run.

Maybe Favre for one more year then Joe Webb!
