    Victor's website:

It has a photo gallery of athletes he worked with...each one has a little label that says 'Click here to enlarge'....Is that what the kids are calling it these days? ('Hey, Victor, I need a click, baby, I need it bad...')

Can anyone explain what ZMA is and what the benifits are? How does it compare to creatine?

ZMA gives you a strong woody and creatine doesn't. Your wife will prefer ZMA.

ZMA is basically a zinc and magnesium combo that allegedly helps increase testosterone levels, allowing greater muscle growth and strength.
