... and before that, Webby invented sex.

When I'm on the road, my wife and I use SportsJournalists.com to have e-sex.

  9. Nope. You have to go Nevada to find The Armpit of America:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_Mountain,_Nevada

Battle Mountain is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Lander County, Nevada, United States. The population was 2,871 at the 2000 census. Though it has no legal status as a municipality, it still functions as the county seat of Lander CountyGR6. Its primary economic base is gold mining and, to a lesser extent, cattle ranching.

Battle Mountain is perhaps best known as having been designated with the dubious distinction of "armpit of America" in a 2001 Washington Post Magazine article. [1] Battle Mountain has capitalized on this notoriety by staging an annual "Armpit Festival", starting in 2002 which has since been done away with. The festival was sponsored by Old Spice, and portions of the festival took place in a nearby open pit mine.

Perhaps a little BLUE NOTE would have assisted you in gauging my level of facetiousness.

  11. No, I think I gauged it correctly. I just wanted to point out what a tool I am for knowing about Battle Mountain, Nevada. The amount of useless knowledge you pick up on a cross-country road trip on I-80 is mind boggling.
Carry on. End of thread jack.

I believe he's actually Snoopy's brother, but a great character nonetheless.
