Just moved on the AP wire. No real surprise, but still a little gratifying to at least see one of the big boys slapped around.
Now, do Oklahoma fans get to tear down the goalposts on the practice field in celebration?

The NCAA told USC, "We're sorry, we usually only pick on small schools like Jackson State, but the guy has Reggie Bush on tape..."

Well, they have that USA Today trophy from the previous season.

Actually, they won the AP in 2003 after they were kept out of the BCS title game.

2004 was their domination season and blitzing Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl.

So, Auburn will be stripped in 2018?

Hopefully it won't take that long.

I figured they'd just make USC pay them a mil and promise not to do it again - you know to keep the BCS credible.

Way to go NCAA, you really showed them with this!!!! My God, what a meaningless slap on the wrist.

Yes, but then, in a concession to the SEC, they'll be given the '04 title as the only eligible undefeated team.
