USA Hockey seeks a digital content intern to serve as an important member of its overall communications team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, with a strong background in writing and editing. Experience in working with social media platforms and in video production is also beneficial. The selected candidate will have a particular focus on creating content for USA Hockey Magazine’s print and digital editions, as well as USAHockeyMagazine.com and the USA Hockey Magazine social media channels. In addition, the digital content intern will be involved in assisting in building and executing story ideas for USAHockey.com, the national-level social media channels of USA Hockey and the organization’s enewsletters. The selected candidate must be willing to travel and work some night and weekend hours. The 10-month position is available starting on August 1, 2019, and is located at USA Hockey’s national headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colo. A monthly stipend is provided. To apply, please send a cover letter, resume and three work samples in one .pdf document to digitalcontentintern@usahockey.org.
