What? No Framingham, Mass? We got it all -- a womens' prison, beautiful weather, a town-meeting-and-manager form of government despite our city-size population, and extensive social services for every homeless junkie, drunk, registered sex offender and ex-con in the region, plus we're only 20 minutes from Wistah!

Seriously, though, our Brazilian population -- especially the young ladies, the capirinhas and the all-you-can-eat churascurias that come with it -- should give us some serious consideration, even if the Boston area is one big politically corrupt, overpriced, pessismistic, inefficient headache.

Any "Best Places" list that includes ABQ and not Chattanooga is just craaaaap.

Although including SLO makes it somewhat less crappy.

Seems to be a correlation between proximity to decent beer and "best places to live."

SLO is great, but it's very expensive.

Small liberal arts school 3k undergrad, but has a large masters nursing program and master of education program, as well as a cool PhD in ethical leadership

Which explains why newspaper executives have never heard of the place ...

Camden, N.J. is saddened to be snubbed once again.
