Lets just break everything we own and force ourselves to rebuild.

    Joe Biden 2007:

Well, at least Dennis Kucinich is consistent.

(It's actually a quintessential Biden quote. He gets in a "God love him" and a "literally".)

Where is Joe these days? He seems to have gone behind the moon again.

Joe also went on Spring Break, but true to his blue collar roots, he didn't do anything as extravagant as a trip to Rio.

Instead, Joe is serving as a guest instructor at the Yankees' training camp:

Here is why some are wanting the thread name changed:

I am not so sure about absolutely ruling anything out at the start of a military action like this. Never take any cards off the table before the mission has been completed...even to placate your base.

Or perhaps, largely because this is a board that sometimes concerns journalism and thread titles are roughly similar to headlines, some of prefer them to make an attempt to be accurate.

    Humorous is good.

Obscure is way back in the pack.

This thread title hasn’t made it to the starting gate.

Marines not on the ground but I'll wager US Special Forces and British SAS teams are wandering around Libya cause trouble and painting targets of interest.

NATO Will Reportedly Take Command of Military Operation in Libya

NATO will take command of the military operation in Libya, a Turkish foreign minister was quoted as saying Thursday, according to the Associated Press.

There was previous confusion over who would ultimately run the international operation against Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi.

Hopefully that is the case. Typically the clean up after we've leveled the place is worse than the bombing.

It's like buying an old house. Once you close then the real work begins.

I would much rather spend our tax dollars rebuilding Newark than Tripoli.

They've supposedly hit Quddafi's jet and another mansion again since yesterday, how many more free shots can we get in before NATO takes over and plausible deniability flies out the window?

I really prefer the blue hats of the UN over NATO forces.
