    UPDATE: The "ghost" planner and I have decided that May 11 will be the best weekend to hold this. May 11, 12, 13. I know it's only 4 weeks out, but it's the best weekend for us. The next weekend I have a wedding, and the following is a race weekend. After that, I'm too close to the wedding to go to a gathering.
