    I also enjoy that drink, IJAG. It was one of the marquee drinks at my cousin's wedding last Spring and after drinking it, many people were on the bar dancing.

    I, unfortunately, was back at the hotel in bed by that point with a ridiculous viral pharyngitis infection. I will NOT be sick during the Charlotte gathering so I can drink whatever I want.

    Two words for the Sambuca: Shots. Freezer.

    Warm Sambuca tastes WAY stronger and worse. Sambuca from the freezer is God's gift to me.

    There is a great Irish pub in Charlotte called the Re Rah. That is what I meant.

    I have an old-school bottle of sambuca on top of my fridge.
    "How old school?" you ask.
    It's still purple.
    And extremely potent.

    Oh. :)

    Then I really can't remember. That may have been it. If it's on Tryon and near the Rock Bottom, and across the street and a couple blocks down (I think...it's all blurry) then there's a good chance.

    Maybe Cosmo remembers better. :D

    Even though it's close, I'm out on this one.

    My vacation time will be nearly spent on weddings in early May and early June. So I won't be getting the time off in between. :(
