Unwatchable movie scenes

Just got finished watching American History X, and no matter how many times I do, I can never ever ever watch the Mouth-On-Curb scene. It's just way too visceral, even if they show nothing. The implication of what happens feeds the imagination like spoonful of sugar to a little kid...it's off to the races.
There are many scenes more graphic that I can watch with no problem, but for whatever reason, not this one. Anyone else?

 

The reason you can't watch that scened is that they miked teeth actually being put on concrete and cranked it up. It's an unbearable sound, and I can never watch it either.
