University of Kentucky beat, Louisville, KY

    I met Brett a couple of times a few years ago. He's good people. The luxury he had in Champaign was the bigger papers (Chicago and St. Louis) only had reporters on campus a few times a week and he was there everyday. That obviously won't be the case in Lexington, but I'm sure he'll be able to do a nice job.

    I met Brett a little over a month ago at a sports workshop in St. Louis. He was a good guy, and in the time I spent talking Illini hoops with him, I was impressed with his knowledge. I bet he'll do a terrific job with Kentucky.
