    It's a stretch to call it an exlcusive. Good reporting? Yes. But it's from a fan-friendly event near Louisville that I don't think the Hearld-Leader covered.

    The bigger news from UK land was the dismissal of Bo Smith, which both papers had.

    I know of quite a few young guys (20s-30s) at major papers just waiting their turn who could whip ass at this beat.

  11. I wasn't trying to be a jerk about it, so sorry if it came across that way. A lot of times, ads will pop up on journalismnext before they hit JJobs or APSE, meaning a desire to diversify (and there ain't a damn thing wrong with that). I have no idea if this will be a slotted hire or not, but sometimes that can be a red flag if you're a white male looking at a job. Carry on.
