Soon, two badass pitchers will not be enough with the new compressed schedule.

Oregon State had four pitchers drafted in 2007. The MVP of the CWS wasn't one of them; he was a freshman. It also had four pitchers drafted in 2006.

There were four Pac-10 pitchers drafted in the first round in 2006 (Reynolds, Lincecum, Morrow, Ian Kennedy). Lincecum and Morrow are already in the majors and Kennedy is on the way. Pretty goode complement of Friday starters, if you add several others who were third-round picks that year.

Two badass pitchers means you might have a chance to beat Wazzu once in a weekend.
