    At least United isn't killing its customers:

    Cleveland drug dealer accused of killing customer who tried to rob him

    CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A drug dealer released from prison in December shot and killed a customer who tried to rob him during a drug deal in the city's Detroit-Shoreway, according to police.

    Are you really a customer of a drug dealer if you're buying his stuff? This is some really bad customer service if so.
