    I like how LSU paints one endzone gold with purple writing and the other purple with gold writing.

    I think they just started that this year.

    The color of the turf at Autzen Stadium alternates every 10 yards. Or at least it used to.

    LSU used to do it too, but the grounds crew said they stopped because it made it harder for them to maintain the quality of the grass. There was a long, technical explanation that I didn't understand.

    You're right. I think they just changed the font of the "LSU" in the last year or two.
