    Why would the Koch bros donate $25M to UNCF in the first place? PR stunt?

    They've given millions to a variety of charitable causes/organizations.

    This donation seems entirely consistent with their philosophy. They actually put their money where their mouth is. Instead of demanding government action, they directly support what they believe in.
