    Well, probably not. They'll just funnel money to recruits and athletes in different ways. But some can now be done above the table.

    “We approved legislation for student athletes to receive compensation for third-party endorsements,” said Ohio State athletic director Gene Smith.

    Finally, NCAA will allow athletes to make money from endorsements

    Good. Not perfect, but at least the NCAA has finally left the 1950s.

    It's a sure bet that the NCAA will go down in flames before they allow a college player's union to form.
