Caddyshack is filled with great lines. One that flies way under the radar to me, though, is from Bill Murray.

Carl Spackler to his trio of 50-plus-old "babes": "Man in the boat overboard."

Barely heard when Joe Pesci blows away Michael Imperoli in Goodfellas, after Liotta says, "he's dead."

    Pesci: "I'm a good shot."

    Steve Martin in the Jerk:

guy: Damn these glasses; navin: Yes, sir, I damn thee.

Sir, you are talking to a N-word. Awful but funny.

Navin: I should have some extra money, as Patty has promised me a blow job.
Father: That Patty sounds like a nice girl.

    I could go on.

Tanner Boyle: " ... "Jews, wops, n%ggers, spics and now a girl?"

BTW, this is a GREAT site to see what the original Bad News Bears are up to:

    Another from Goodfellas, same scene:

De Niro: "You're gonna dig the fuckin' hole."

Pesci: "What ... first hole I dug?"

    I always liked "Here's an arm, here's a leg" "Hey, here's a wing."

  9. I don't know how underrated these are, but a few that always crack me up.
Somehow in Joe Dirt (which is on Comedy Central ad naseum), I missed one a few times.
When he is in the hole in the Silence of the Lambs part, he yells at the police, "It puts the Joe Dirt in the hole!"

In Thank You for Smoking, I can't remember the setup, but the main guy uses the phrase "in passing." Later, he is asked if he screwed the reporter and the other guy responds, "In passing."

Finally, in Clue, Wadsworth reveals something and is asked, "How do you know that?" He replies? "Can you keep a secret?" When the man says yes, he shoots back, "So can I."

My favourite throw away line from "Animal House"

Neidermayer: How's it feel to be an independant, Shoenstein?

Boone: How's it feel to be an asshole, Neidermayer?

This gets quoted during all Mighty Duck games.
