Uncut magazine top 150 albums of the decade

    It's certainly not a masterwork but I'm hard pressed to find too many pop-rock (or power pop, if you will) albums this decade filled with catchier songs than the Tinted Windows debut. Yeah, I said it.

    There was some very good stuff on that album, but overall I was a little disappointed. My hopes were probably a little too high for that project. I'm not sure the whole was as good as the sum of its parts.

    A side note -- best power pop album I've heard in a while is the debut by a band called Army Navy. Really good album.
