    According to Graham's Rivals.com page, he did have an offer from Rutgers:

    He didn't have a written offer and mostly because of concerns about his grades.

    That's fine, except you still tried to argue the point. It wasn't just a matter of not realizing that Flacco had already redshirted. You also had no idea how good Palko was at Pitt.

    Again, there are plenty of good reasons to question Wannstedt. Try sticking to those.
